How do I request a change?
Use Request a change above, or message me on your project below. I'll confirm scope and turnaround before starting.
When are invoices due?
Due dates are shown on each invoice. One-off work is 50% to start and 50% on completion; monthly plans are billed in advance by direct debit.
Who owns my website?
You do. Once a project is paid in full, the final code and visual assets are yours. A full backup is always available on request.
Is my site backed up?
Yes — sites on a hosting plan are backed up daily with SSL and uptime monitoring, so you're covered if anything ever goes wrong.
